Jalainur District or Zhalainuo'er District (Mongolian: ᠵᠠᠯᠠᠢᠨᠠᠭᠤᠷ ᠲᠣᠭᠤᠷᠢᠭ; Chinese: 扎赉诺尔区), an urban district under Manzhouli's administration, is listed as a district of Hulunbuir officially and located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia.
