Psebay (Russian: Псеба́й) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Mostovsky District of Krasnodar Krai, Russia. Population: 10,404 (2020), 10,839 (2010 census); 11,031 (2002 census); 11,207 (1989 Soviet census).
