About Vychegodskiy
Vychegodsky (Russian: Вычегодский) is an urban locality (a work settlement) under the administrative jurisdiction of the town of oblast significance of Kotlas in Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast on the left bank of the Vychegda River, 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) east of Kotlas. Population: 12,861 (2010 census); 13,435 (2002 census); 14,491 (1989 Soviet census).
