About Kolūr
Kolowr (Persian: كلور) is a city in, and the capital of, Shahrud District in Khalkhal County, Ardabil province, in northwestern Iran. It also serves as the administrative center for Shahrud Rural District. It is in the Alborz (Elburz) mountain range.
